The Reel
Skip 2-3's for Eight Bars:
Right 2-3, Left 2-3, Right 2-3, Left 2-3, Right 2-3, Left 2-3, Right 2-3, Left 2-3
Side Step (also known as sevens and threes)
Hop 2-3-4-5-6-7
Leap 2-3
Leap 2-3
Leap 2-3-4-5-6-7

Here is the same step with what foot should be doing what:
Right Foot
Hop 2-3-4-5-6-7 (to the right, right foot in front)
Leap 2-3 (pick your right foot up, leap and bring your left foot in front and step 2-3 keeping left foot in front)
Leap 2-3 (pick your left foot up, leap and bring your right foot in front and step 2-3 keeping right foot in front)
Leap 2-3-4-5-6-7 (pick your right foot up, leap and bring your left foot in front, then step to the left)
Leap 2-3 (pick your left foot up, leap and bring your right foot in front and step 2-3 keeping right foot in front)
Leap 2-3 (pick your right foot up, leap and bring your left foot in front, then step to the left)
This is then repeated to the left starting with left foot hop to the knee. Just take the instructions above and replace all "Right" with "Left".

Right foot starts:
Hop to the knee (with the right foot)
Hop back (placing right foot behind)
Hop back (with the left)
2-3-4 (ending with the left foot up in the back)

Hop back (placing the left foot behind)
Hop back (with the right foot)
2-3-4 (ending with the right foot up in the back)
